What This Program Is
Our Remote Kettlebell Program is built to promote gains in functional strength while also burning fat and kicking up the metabolism by using Kettlebell Complexes, Rep Ladder sets and other set variables that are comprehensively assembled to maximize results with minimal time investment.
Completing this program will result in a lean, strong and fit body. And at $54.95/month, with no contract, it’s affordable and sustainable for anyone.
Every client will get a Fitness Profile on a web-based platform that will house their workout schedule, results and in-app support with their coach.
Each workout is kept in a 30 to 45 minute time frame and is meant to be performed at a high level of intensity. You’ll have 2 to 3 workouts a week with at least 1 day of rest between each.
In order to get the most out of this program, you’ll need to have access to a timer and an appropriately sized kettlebell.
Recommended Kettlebell Sizes: Beginner 8-12k (16-24lbs) : Intermediate 16-20k (35-44lbs) : Advanced 24-28k (53-62lbs)
