YOUR PERSONAL COACH WILL BE THERE TO GUIDE YOU ALONG YOUR FITNESS JOURNEY AND PROVIDE THE SUPPORT TO SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS. SETTING THE FOUNDATION DURING THE INITIAL COMPREHENSIVE CONSULTATION, YOUR COACH WILL ROUTINELY CHECK IN AND MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO YOUR PROGRAM AS NEEDED.
We have a simple 2 Step Start Process.
Step 1: here we take the time to understand more about yourself, your goals, budget and other needs, so we can connect you to a program that fits.
This step can easily happen over the phone in less than 15 minutes.
Step 2: if we have a good match, we’ll set up a time to meet with you in person for a comprehensive, no-obligation consultation. We’ll also handle the business end of things, which will be discussed in detail during Step 1, and set your workout schedule. This step happens in person and is about 30 to 45 minutes and 100% FREE with no obligations to commit.
