What: A tournament style game of Flip Cup, with each round completed by a slide down a giant Slip and Slide, made by local Austin entrepreneur Eric Goldreyer of FunAir…all in the name of charity!

Designed for elite and amateur athletes alike, The Horrible Hundred tests endurance, strength, power and speed by requiring teams of two to tackle 100 yards worth of challenges.
- Teams will be placed in to 1 of 3 divisions: Male/Male, Female/Female or Male/Female.
- Teams will encounter 10 challenges.
Each challenge will entail 100 reps, seconds or yards of a specific exercise-split between you and your partner. End with a 100 yard sprint to the finish and the fastest team to complete The Horrible Hundred in each division–wins.
An unconventional triathlon for Austin athletes who like to have a good time while engaging in competition. Competitors will bike three miles on Castle Hill Fitness spin bikes, hop on a Rowing Dock stand up paddle board and paddle 1/2 mile and return to the dock to complete 100 burpees led by Stronghorn Fitness.
