I believe that the role of Member Engagement Assistant is the perfect start into this company because I love meeting and engaging with all types of people. I’ve been called a social butterfly/energizer bunny, but I love listening and truly care about the people that come into my life. I look forward to extending our fun outside the workouts through happy hours, philanthropy opportunities and other social events. Stay sweaty!
Courtney is a certified Vinyasa instructor and teaches a dynamic flow that challenges her students to get out of their own way, using props modifications, and intensifications of poses to cater the practice to your own needs. Courtney received her 200HR Certification in Power Vinyasa from Breath and Body Yoga, and her 300HR Advanced Certification from Wanderlust, both in Austin, Texas.
Courtney teaches various forms of vinyasa and restorative yoga in both public and private settings. She believes that yoga is a path for all of us to get out of our own way, to open up to the truth of our highest being, meet our inner-most authentic selves, and to approach our inner world with an inquisitive mind rooted in love and acceptance.
