What is Stronghorn Fitness?

The Stronghorn Fitness program is a comprehensive eight week cycle focusing on Strength, Speed and Stamina. By utilizing intervals and circuit training we can maximize results and minimize time. Programming is specifically developed to encompass all levels of fitness to ensure every single person can get the most out of each Sweat Session regardless of experience!

Stronghorn is more than just your daily workout. It’s marathon training with the Strides. It’s a Friday night Happy Hour with friends. It’s a restorative Yoga session to recover mind and body. Stronghorn Fitness is a community of fitness focused individuals looking to improve their overall wellness- and have fun doing it!

Sweat Session

Stronghorn's signature Sweat Sessions are intense interval workouts focusing on strength, speed and stamina utilizing only kettle bells and bodyweight.

Stronghorn’s signature Sweat Sessions meet at a variety of times and locations throughout Austin. Stronghorn also offers regular yoga classes and run groups with the Stronghorn Strides. Special challenges like #sundaylungeday and #sweatysunday are for those wanting a little extra endorphin release. Reference the map to the right for workout locations and times.

Join us at Austin’s most popular free community workout. Stronghorn Saturday Sweat Sessions are donation-based community workouts open to everyone. It kicks off the weekend the best way we know how… with a good sweat! Donations are appreciated, but we will gladly accept sweat equity. It is for all fitness levels and will challenge the weekend warrior and elite athlete alike.
